My client, a large privately owned recruitment company in Central London, has just hired one of the best Managers in the Public Sector arena, to come on board and develop a Public Sector offering.  The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up their Public Sector Education remit, Placing Qualified Accountants, with a view to growing this offering into a division.  This is a high profile role into the Public Sector, focusing on Education.  The right candidate will have excellent experience of Business Development, be money hungry, tenacious, professional.  Currently my client has 3 warm accounts within the Education arena, however all candidates will be expected to put together a business plan, as to how they would go about building a desk and winning business.
