Due to expansion, our client is looking to hire an experienced recruiter to join their dedicated, enthusiastic and growing team in the Gherkin.
Set up prior to the recession with an established reputation for delivery in both domestic and international markets our client has excelled within the Finance and Banking space.

Established by 2 entrepreneurial individuals, with a wealth of experience within the Finance recruitment arena, our client has gone from strength to strength with a turnover of £4.5 million and twenty plus billing consultants.

The role
• Fast paced, exciting and challenging
• 360 process including candidate generation, business development etc.
Candidate requirements
• Proven track record as a contracts recruiter with billings north of £200,000 per year
• Previous track record of placing candidates internationally is preferred, but not a pre requisite
• Must want to be a Consultant – candidates wishing to progress quickly to a Managerial position are not right.
Remuneration
Market rate – our client has a strong track record of giving excellent pay rises upon successful completion of the probationary period.
