We will reward you with up to £500 if you refer to us any candidate whom we subsequently place in a permanent position.

The referral fee is paid out as soon as the referred candidate has successfully passed the rebate period of 3 months.

The referral scheme will not apply if the candidate is already known by Tier One Recruitment Ltd..

For less than 6 months recruitment experience Tier One Recruitment will pay £200

For candidates with more than 6 months and less than 2 years recruitment experience we pay £300

For candidates with more 2 years recruitment experience Tier One Recruitment will pay £500.
